All I can suggest is that you have a few of Malak's (very very strong) sith apprentices (angered by their master's death) revolt against you while you slaughter the sith. I know that there will be a massive battle at Korriban, but a little more fighting couldnt hurt. I also recommend that you engage Master Vandar and Carth (exar kun) in huge but separate battles (instead of having Vandar being killed by Bastila). Also, it would be really cool if the Dark saber gave a special power such as the one Revan used to kill the dragon. Very good though. Hope this finishes soon!!
