feather333 Posted March 26, 2004 Share Posted March 26, 2004 ok... to start out with, i am not the world's most tech-savvy person, but i DO know enough about computers to prevent them from exploding the minute i sit down in front of one ;-) anyway, i have an e-machines etower 266, which is about 5 or 6 years old, and has a minimum of diskspace and all-round power/muscle. i also have what appears to be an original-issue version of the secret of monkey island (i.e., it's on 7 floppy disks!). i would like to install the one onto the other, but i have no book to go with the disks, and don't really know much about MS-DOS games :-P i get as far as inserting disk 2 into the diskdrive, but then it asks me to "insert disk with batch file". i have no idea what this is! any help would be appreciated! thanks!
