In fact, we are hiring for at least one or two Junior Design positions, so even people with not much experience should feel free to apply. I'm posting here, because if you guys/gals are already modding then you probably have a fair amount of knowledge on how games are put together - something that can be very helpful for a designer. Oh, and don't take this as any sort of veiled suggestion as to what we are working on. We are working on an RPG, but that is all we can say at this time.
