npc Vader vs npc Luke

If two teams can use their bonus points at anytime during the campaign, it could be possible to see Vader fight against Luke or just to see the two heros in action.

 

Also, how will a team decide wich bonus point to take and to use at the specific moment? It will surely need a vote or something like that.

In response to your second question, I read somewhere that people would be able to nominate their team leader, and if noone can agree, the player with the highest stats gets to be it. Sorry I can't remember where I read this, but I'm pretty sure it was on a major gaming site.
