Shinryu
first off, hello to everybody, this is my first post. here's my problem: when i play JKA multiplayer, after a certain amount of time (it can be a few minutes to almost an hour), the game will freeze, repeat the last half-second of sound for a few instants, and finally show the windows error message (an error has occurred, send/don't send etc.). Then the game quits. This has been happening for a while, I've tried re-installing the game and everything, and it still does it. This is the error details i get: AppName: jamp.exe AppVer: 1.0.1.0 ModName: jamp.exe ModVer:1.0.1.0 Offset: 00096711 (I'm not sure if the offset is always the same, I only took the details once). I think I have power/overheating issues too, because there are times when the game (and other games too) will just quit without showing any messages (or worse, reboot). However, JKA is the only one to give me the error message. Here are my specs: AMD XP 2100+ 1 GB RAM GeForce 4 Ti4600 Windows XP JKA Version 1.01 Can anyone help? This thing's been driving me crazy for weeks now. Thanks in advance. edit: I have tried playing again, gotten the same error, and the offset is different. graves
I get the EXACT same problem. It usually happens when a lot is going on on-screen, but not always. I believe this started happening after i installed a geforcefx5900 into my machine so heating could be the problem... I've ALSO been having problems with various other applications simply shutting down at random. specs: AMD 2400+ 2.0ghz 512 mb RAM Win XP home geforcefx 5900 128mb driver v5.3.0.3 80gig 7200rpm HDD
