Need help with placing items.

I'm trying to place some items in the metalbox on the Ebon Hawk.

I can get this to work by renaming the .utp file, adding the items I want, then updating it in the m12aa.git file. This works fine, the problem is when leaving/entering the "bridge" part of the Ebon Hawk it starts the galaxy map dialog. Which is annoying by itself but the graphics also look scrambled. It works but it's not pretty.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks

I had the same problem you described. quite annoying. the only way I was able to resolve it was by repacking all the files into new ebo_m12aa.rim and ebo_m12aa_s.rim modules and placing them

into the modules directory(after renaming/backing up the originals).

Seeing how there have been two posts regarding this topic in two days, I made this quick mod.

Here's an excerpt from the readme:

Zaalbar Finds Items

This little dialog/script combo adds a one-time dialog to Zaalbar while in the Ebon Hawk. Evidently his time on Taris was well-spent scavenging -- he's found some items for you.

You can modify the k_zaal_putitems.nss script to make him give you any item(s) you desire, but once only. If you want him to continue to find items for you, just remove the k_zaal_itemtlk.ncs from the override folder.

Bummer, this is actually for a friend of mine. He wanted to try some different robes but was past the point where I could plant them on Nemo's body. So I wouldn't want to mess with existing

rim files.

Tk, thanks for the script. It will do the trick, and im sure it'll come in handy in the future.

Thanks again guys.
