Has any one noticed that Cap. Kael's voice is in "The Queens Gambit". Um hes dead.

Yes, some of the voice actors doubled for multiple parts. Probably that is the situation here, but I didn't notice it myself. You can check it out in the credits after beating BFN.

I had a look in the credits for her name...it isn't mentioned! Although some people such as...Neeka Tiss. Ned Greeby. Smeer Ze-Trios. I assume there Borvo's minions...
