Multiplayer Hangup (JA 1.01)

I'm having a real problem with the multiplayer mode.

 

Single player is working great after 1.01 patch, but multiplayer show the splash screen and hangs, requiring reboot.

 

I'm running winXP on a 3.2Ghz P4 with 2Gb memory

Radeon 9800XT and Audigy 2 ZS

 

Theres plenty of memory and hundreds of Gb of disk available.

 

Anyone have any ideas why this isn't working?

Are you using any kind of cd cracks, hacks or trainers?

 

Those could be causing problems if you are. Otherwise, delete your cfg files and re-do setup and it should work after the patch unless something else is wrong.

 

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling, reinstalling (from the original discs) and re-applying the official patch.
