trying to add bots in JA dedicated through RCON

just started making my own server, my friends are still having trouble connecting, even though i'm forwarding my port on my router. Is it always 29060 or 29070?? I can never tell.

 

Well my main question, trying to add bots, when i do the rcon addbot <name> <skill> and so on, i always get the "<Botname> is not defined" error.

 

Can someone tell me what this means?
