Hysteria Posted July 6, 2004 Share Posted July 6, 2004 It's only usually avaiable wiht an admin mod such as JAmod 1.6. Within the messages for using the dmin command,s you are allowed to set a MOTD (message of the day) which many servers use to show rules.
