Many of you have already complained about how the droids seem to be too strong. In the SW universe there are two types of lasers. The ones which affect living matter and machinery like the red, green etc are the ones you see most commonly. There are also ones called ion lasers. These are made to affect electrical systems rather well. An example in the SW universe is in Episode 4 when the Jaws stun R2. This laser eats though shields and corrupt electrical circuits like anything. These can also be used on vehicles as they are made of electric systems. This mean that a lone trooper is able to cause some trouble for a tank by taking pt shots. Like in U4 2004 the link gun is good against tanks etc so that ground players still have a reasonable chance and doing some damage. It would be unfair if only the heavy weapons class could stand a good chance against vehicles. I think that the game is dangerously unbalanced and I will be contacting Lucasarts and Pandemic studios on this issue.

Hello from a fellow gamer

After viewing the ign video preview something occured to me in terms of gameplay that has been left out which could seriously unbalance the game. Here is a post I made on http://www.swbattlefront.net

I hope that this will reach the developers as it is important in keeping the game balanced and reasonable. I hope to get a reply in which I will share on the SW Battlefront forum for everyone’s peace of mind.

Thank you

If they cant do these things then I think its an even trade.

The Droid Pilots can "repair" other droids with a tool kit.

And you can see in some of the latest footage that the Clone Pilot will have some kind of droid-stunner weapon that destroys a Battle Droid in one shot.

Y'know, each game has potential to be imbalanced.

I really, really hope it doesn't though, since history has shown that patches don't fix everything.
