Darth_ToMeR Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 Do you think the Pings will be low enough to play on European or US servers (I live in Israel). On ET i can't play on non-israel server because the Pings is crazy. But on UT2004 the Pings are fine.
anders^on Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 I don't think that's a matter of the game or its netcode but of your Israelian connection and the distance to the server - if your netpacktes have to pass lots of peerings the ping will increase. You actually could try to ping the US-server you play ET on via DOS mode ('ping ip'). If it's far minor in DOS than in ET you got a chance to have better pings in SWBF.
