Guest Ms. Talon
We're debating as to whether or not to buy STARLANCER. I've read a couple of reviews; they were generally good, but they also pointed to problems such as weak enemy and wingmen AI; as well as unprogrammable joystick buttons!?...(to me this is unforgivable in today's gaming standards...it was the primary reason I returned "Wing Commander; Prophecy" to the store!) But if anyone can give an honest feedback it would be appreciated. ------------------ gototalon@home.com http://members.home.net/gototalon

Gold leader
I haven't played it yet. Probably cos I wasn't impressed, yes. That my comp doesn't meet the system reqs also plays an important role, of course.

Guest Hans The Great
I read somewhere that the designers did'nt put joystick support into the game, that you're supposed to fly around using a keyboard and mouse. Talon, you can buy a programmable joystick like the Logitech Wingman Extreme. You can then program the button controls or download control settings from Logitech's site.
