force powers, disabling in duels

I'd like to set duel force powers to allow neutrals (but not speed or vision) and all saber powers; the default entry is 262143 for "force power disabled" - after toying with it for a while I came to the conclusion I have no clue as to the formatting of those 6 digits.

 

Can anyone help me? I just want to disable "light side", "dark side", sight, and speed.

Nevermind, I found the answer to my question (after much searching) here ... there's even a calculator for ease-of-use.... :}
