I have got several mission packs but don't know how to install them! they talk about ".tie" files and "mission.lst" but I don't have ac lue how to install. If anyone can help me please do...

I did what the tutorial said (I think) but I'm still having trouble. I put in the .tie files i think I maybe edited the mission.lst wrongly. I don't know. I'm still stuck.
