Help Me with a Combo Question

I've tried using the search on this, but I can't seem to get what I need. I'm trying to use different lightsaber color mod (White, Pink, and Blue-Purple Bolting to be precise) and I've run into this problem. Whenever I attempt to upgrade sabers with these crystals, they disappear from my inventory.

 

I think I know what the problem is. Since I've changed the upcrystals.2da file, so they crystals aren't in the same slots as before. I just haven't quite figured out how to fix it. I think I have to use my trust GFF editor and change one of the properties, I just haven't figured out which one.

 

Am I right? And where do I go from here?

If you can give me the name of the pink saber uti files, and the saber crystal uti file, I can help you. It's a common 2da problem, if you have KotOR Tool it's simple to fix.

The Pinks are Jackels mod.

UTI's are

OK, first you need to open up upcrystals.2da in KotOR Tool.

 

There should be 5 sections.

 

First, make 3 new rows.

 

Under (Row Label), put the next 3 numbers, most likely (in your case) 7,8, and 9. Under label, you can pretty much put whatever you want as far as I can tell, though it's better to relate it to the crystal so you know which it is. Under template, put the name of the saber crystal uti file. Under shortmdlvar, put the name of the short saber uti file. Under longmdlvar, put the name of the standard uti file. Under doublemdlvar, put the name of the double saber uti file.

 

Do this for each different crystal, save it and try it ingame, should work. If you still need help PM me.

ZThe other thing is that the row number it originally came with doesn't matter. (You said they all had 7.) 'Cause in my upcrystals.2da, the white sabers are 28 and my own crystal is 27, it just depends on where it is in the table.
