PLease help noob on multiplayer (JK2)

I cant work out how to join a multiplayer game over the internet please help me!!!!!!!!!!!

Patch up to 1.04, start the game and go to the join servers section. If you don't see a list of servers there, try clicking the button on the top that says "Local" or "Favorites". Also try "Get new server list".
