Achilles Jedi Counsel (No Mendah!) HELP!

Achilles, I PM'ed this but i thought maybe I'd start a thread as well.

I installed the Achilles Jedi Counsel Mod, after I started a new game, however, well before I entered the Sith Base on Taris. I cannot find Mendah anywhere in the Sith Base, however I did obtain his lightsaber from in the footlocker of the Sith Governor's room.

I saved the game right before entering the base. The characters I have with me are Carth and Zalbaar. The receptionist tells me I'm not supposed to be inside, I bribe her, she leaves, I complete the Sith Base, no Mendah where he was the first time I used the Mendah only mod (in that tiny room, where the tortured Duros is).

I thought maybe I didn't speak to the receptionist correctly so I replayed the level, same characters, first lied to her saying I had a meeting then bribing her, after which she runs away. Again I complete the level and all I find is Mendah's lightsaber.

What am I doing wrong?!?!

First, let me thank you for including so much detailed information! Too many times I see people post, "It doesn't work" and expect that to be enough to fix their issue

 

Looking at the zip file, I see everything that needs to be there to make it work. This leads me to suspect that you might have a conflict with another mod. If I had to guess, I would assume that you may have problems with your appearance.2da file.

 

Have you recently installed a mod that may have overwritten the file that I included?

I have no other mods running with an appearance.2da file, however I reinstalled everything to the override folder from your mod. I even updated the game (not that that would effect anything). I then played through as I described in my previous post, and I have the same result, still no little Mendah in the little room with the footlocker and enviro suits, accessed by the north door in the room with the Duros prisoner. Here's a list of the other Mods I have running:

The only one with the appearance.2da is the counsel mod, and during installation none of these seemed to conflict, I never received messages asking if I wanted to replace any files. Hopefully this continues to be enough info, because I agree with you, the issue cannot be addressed by just saying "it doesn't work".

I'll test it again and get back to you as soon as I find something. I'm concerned that someone is having troubles, considering I re-tested Mendah and Telkka Zil prior to releasing the mod

Achilles, if memory serves me, didn't you only set Mendah to spawn depending on which dialogue option you chose? Cause that very detailed info says that he used the same dialogue option both times (bribing). Wasn't it another one you attached the script to?
