Server Rules:

To help the player understand what our vision of Role Playing in JA is, we have prepared a set of easy to follow Rules which are listed below.

 

Rule 1 - When speaking Out of Character, use either OOC:text or ((text)) to do so.

 

Rule 2 - Use original roles. Roles like Luke Skywalker or Sephiroth are uncreative and dull, it's much more interesting if you create your own, uneak character.

 

Rule 3 - If you want to Role Play, you need a decent name. I don't see many people walking along in real life with a name like [OMFGUBERCLAN]TeH_-_RoXoR!!111one. If you cannot think of a name on your own (that means you make an effort beforehand) ask an Admin, they'll usually give you a decent RP name.

 

Rule 4 - Level Specific: SithCouncil - The admins hold the right to reserve upstairs bedrooms. I can't tell you how many fights have broken out over those silly rooms just to have the admins tell them to go downstairs... We babysit you 24/7, we get first pick at rooms.

 

Rule 5 - All out Jedi vs. Sith and Rebels vs. Imps etc games are absolutely FORBIDDEN. These games are nothing more them Team Free For All's with roles. They're stupid and will never enter into RpG WoRLd. Anyone who tried to get a TFFA started will be punished.

 

Rule 6 - When you RP something that can severly change another characters plotline (Cutting off an Arm, Becoming someone's relative, etc) ASK FIRST! It's rude to do something that serious without asking.

 

Rule 7 - Injuries - When a player is killed they become injured, and immobile. Use amdie or amdie2 at the spot where you we're killed. You can not just magically spring back to life five seconds after either. Either take a good few minutes to "heal" before you get up, or have someone come and help you (ask ooc or in tell).

PLAYERS WHO DO NOT FOLLOW THIS RULE REPEATEDLY GET THEY'RE CHARACTER PERMANENTLY KILLED AND THE NAME RETIRED.

 

 

Rule 8 - *Text RP* - You are not obligated to play along with outrageous *RP* demands (I.e. *slams you to the ground*, *force pulls saber*, *walks up behind out of nowhere and knocks out*, etc). You can if you want to, but you don't have to. However, if somebody walks up behind you and puts a gun to your head and confrims it in *RP* text, you probably should play along, because the admins won't interfere when they disintegrate you when you don't play along...

 

Rule 9 - USE COMMON SENSE!
