Paragon_XII Posted September 24, 2004 Share Posted September 24, 2004 I tried installing the game and it kept freezing up on me, so I came here to see if anyone was having the same problems. Sure enough, I find this extensive guide to fixing the problem. So I print it out and I'm all ready to try installing again. I insert disk 1 and click install from the menu. Then I get this message: InstallShield Wizard Setup has experienced an error. Please do the following: -Close any running programs -Empty your temporary folder -Check your internet connection (Internet-based Setups) Then try to run setup again. Error code: -6002 I closed all programs and my internet connection is fine. I'm not sure what the temporary folder is though. Does anyone know how I can fix this?? **EDIT: Fixed it, just had to clean the disk, lol.** Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What happened was I clicked Install from the menu, and the installation thing wouldn't even come up.
