can't load JEDI KNIGHT, starts n return to windows

recently i bought the game jedi knight game and i was very exited very much about this game. but a tragety happen to my game. i installed the game and whenever i click the the file to play, it flikkers and disseppear and return to windows.

 

my cabinet is containing

windows xp, ddr ram 256, vram 64 mb sis, cel 2.0 ghz 533 fsb,

 

pls help meeeeeeeeee

hmm, is the original dark forces 2: jedi knight? If it is right click on the exe file and set the functionality to win 95.

Mine is Jedi academy. Does just what he said. on saving, quits to desktop everytime.
