Hej, how can i convert the filmfiles from the filmroom into .avi- or .qt-format?

You cannot convert these to avi, because they are not actual 'films' so to speak. They are files that store information on what type of craft there are, and what postions they move to. Lasers blasts, explosions, it's all saved in the film file. When you play a saved film, it reads what opts there are, and then loads them from your harddrive.

 

Basically, if someone did a film with 'user-made' opts, it'll play for them, but if they send the film to you, it will crash your game, unless you have those opts saved exactly like they did.

It is a pity. What if we have a programm wich transform the informations into a straight format. It would be wonderful. What do you think about this way: run a capture-programm in the background wich capture e.g. every 1/2 sec.? After that bring this pictures together with an unknown software to an film.
