And please don't tell me it "makes the game harder" or it "makes the enemies stronger/better", or some such general stuff. I can figure that much out and have gotten "useful" answers like this on other forums I'm looking for something like "hard boosts hit points by x%, base attack +5, defense +5 . . ." or something like that.
