It appears they must have greatly modified Indiana Jones and the Iron Phoenix for its comic-book adaptation. There's absolutely nothing about Bolivia, and Hitler himself never gets resurrected, in the comic miniseries.

 

Instead, all the action takes place in the Old World (especially Germany itself), and the villain is named Dr. Matthias Jaeger (though he's a Hitler lookalike).

 

Weird. I guess the Zombie Hitler storyline was too controversial even for a comic-book...
