stuck on Nar Shaada (spoiler)

I've completed all the sidequests except one. For some reason I am unable to get rid of the Exchange guards so the couple can get back together. I simply cannot find any way to provoke a fight between the Exchange and my group. The squid overseer only gives me two conversation options when i try and talk to him...how can I support the exchange, and why do you hate humans.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wish I knew, die or something along those lines was an option for me. Then again, I hit 2 buggy quest on NS where things that should have happened just didn't.
