Multiplayer Force?

Sorry if this is a really stupid question, but most of the games on multiplayer with no force have settings that enable certain types of force such as jump, sight etc.

 

How is it posssible when force is turned off?

If the game finds one or more force powers disabled it says that it is a force disabled game, even though there may be some powers not disabled. Unfortunately, JO is not more specific about it - it just says "all on" or "all off".
