You import the filce from the game to your PC, make the mod and then re-import them to Xbox, although a lot of stuff won't work since apparently the Xbox does not know what to do with a lot of the modded files. I admit, I have not done this myself and this is just how I ***think*** it is done. I, and most of the rest of us here, are waiting for the TSL release on PC on February the 8th (NEXT WEEK, YEAH!!!) and I think everyone is avoiding any major info on the game until then.
