Ok here's the WIP:

Now I know what your thinking. Thats gotta be to many polys.

And yeah it is. But my plan is to use the Doom 3 developers idea of modelling at around 10,000 polys then using nvidias normal map plugin to bring the poly count down to 2500 polys while retaining much of the detail.

 

Now what I need help with is textures. I'm ok at modelling but as far as a texture artist, well I'm just not that great with photoshop.
