Very hard to say, because it's a modified Reborn, and there are hundreds, if not thousands of re-skinned Reborns out there. Clans make them by the dozen every day.

 

You'll probably have a hard time finding it as well. However, if you're seeing it in game, that means you've downloaded it, so I'd check your /base folder for add on pk3's.

 

If you could get some shots of the face up close that might help, but again, see above.
