Mars Posted August 2, 2001 Posted August 2, 2001 I have a Pentium II 350 with a 3DFx Voodoo3 2000 PCI (as primary card). When I select 3D Hardware, I can only run the skirmishes. The missions start loading up, only to exit the game to Windows or freeze up altogether (the latter occurs more often). Does anyone have any suggestions?? Please help me solve this. I can play in 2D, but we all know what THAT looks like !?!
EnforcerSG Posted August 3, 2001 Posted August 3, 2001 I dont know if this will help or not, but what do you have your driver set do. (you click 3d, then choise your driver). I know that vodo cards usally need a 3dfx mini driver. so check that out. Hope it helps
Mars Posted August 15, 2001 Author Posted August 15, 2001 I figured it out. Thanx all the same. It was the blasted MIP mapping. Once I turned it off the graphics started working beautifully.
