Soundset.2da in TSL -- too short?

I've been testing out KSE looking at TSL savegames. I was noticing that the Soundset was showing up as blank in KSE.

Normally, inside the savegame, there is a certain module.ifo file (GFF format) that has within it a Mod_Playerlist which has the core of PC information for KSE. The soundset is normally defined there in a field called SoundSetFile. And this value is normally just a lookup value to Soundset.2da.

That's all well and good for KotOR. But TSL is a little odd. The savegames that are showing up with blank soundsets have index values that are beyond the range of the soundset.2da file for TSL! (TSL as 65 rows and KotOR has 89 rows). Interestingly enough, if you look at the KotOR soundset.2da, the lookup value seems legitimate (eg. 85=Player_Male_W).

So I'm thinking there must be a legacy or backup 2da file for soundsets somewhere, because there aren't any PC soundsets defined in TSL's soundset.2da. I can't find one anywhere.

You hear the PC during combat when you have a different leader. Also when you switch the leader back to the PC you hear "Yeah" or "I'm here". Small things like that. (Actually I'm only assuming that is still the case TSL -- that's how it was in KotOR.)
