idea for lightsaber combat and design

there needs to be some more moves for the meele wepons, it gets kind of boring watching the same cycles of blocking and slashes, im looking for moves like the ones in the prequels. and for the design, to make a really custom lightsaber, several parts could be made, handgrip type, shroud, curves, etc, collecting pieces over time and actualy building a lightsaber from top to bottom. just ideas though

All of these were incorporated into SW:KotOR II - TSL to some degree or another. While the second idea could probably be built into the first KotOR it would probably require some fancy scripting and a lot of globals. The first idea is out though. We are limited to the animations provided, so we're stuck with what we've got and that's that.

Your idea isnt bad its kinda fancy but its just impossible NOW, but who knows about tomorrow or the day after that or day after that or... you get the picture.

 

 

You can ofcourse make new lightsaber with custom color and FULLNAME thing to get ur own name and own attributes and own skin.

 

That wouldnt take long to do, its not what you asked but it might get your hunger go little lower.
