having trouble with head reskin

hi guys & gals,

 

i just started making mods 4 days ago

 

but im havin trouble making a head reskin

 

i want to compleatly change one of the heads and make him have a black tattoo from the nose to the back of his head whith a dark red pattern through it but it keeps doing funny stuff

 

well what i realy need is a mesh with all the diferent parts labeled so i know where to make my pattern and where not to
