Ellderon Posted February 24, 2005 Posted February 24, 2005 Rember the Guardian of the Light for KOTOR1? Well, a two-handed lightsaber mod would be nice. A bigger, meaner lightsaber so that chars using a single blade can finalyl be on pair with double wielders. As I recall, some scripts should be changed to (Bao-Dur sabre creation..the greasaber/two-handed lightsabre should be added to the choice list) and a saber or two should be made available in the game....
Ellderon Posted February 24, 2005 Author Posted February 24, 2005 Allmost forgot - this in itself is nor really mod-worthy (I mean, it would be to me, but more changes are allways better). What improvements KOTOR 2 could use are: - two-handed lightsabers/viroblades - tougher opponent (especially those simple ones like mining droids) - more guns! better guns! - possible a bit more dialog between NPC's. - more balanced Jedi classes (like each class has allso the basic fets of other two classes.. but ONLY basic. I don't see why a Jedi Counsular couldn't make a basic force jump. Every Jedi in the movie does the jumping.) What I think really cool (and I think Dragon Age is going to do this) is that NPC will lead their own life and are not there only for you - thus they will interact on a higher level. what this means is (explanation in KOTOR terms) - if you don't activly try to romace Bastila, Carth might move in and those two might hit it off. Get the picture? Now, I've been away from modig KOTOR for a long while (and even when i did it it was only small stuff...been busy modding other games), so I'm a bit rusty.. prolly won't be able to make more than a few itmes.. Hope some experienced KOTOR mod maker implements some of htese things in the future..
