The Vagrant Posted October 2, 2001 Posted October 2, 2001 Hello again, i just bought this game, tryed it out, and found something rather disturning, after the mission breifing where the game loads the mission (and you get a brief overview plus that bar which fills up), well it doesn't. It just freezes at this screen, i've gotten it to work a few times be taking the cd out and putting it back in but i don't want to resort to this for every mission. Does anyone know what's wrong? btw, my cd-rom speed is 48x.
The Vagrant Posted October 3, 2001 Author Posted October 3, 2001 Its a normal cd-rom,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but i got it to work..............through unconvential methods..............i burned the game and now my cd-rom can read it..........wierd thing is the real cd was brand new..............strange.

donnykrun Posted October 6, 2001 Posted October 6, 2001 what kind of 3d accelerator are you using? If you are using a VooDoo3, 4 or 5 make sure you have the latest drivers installed. I had the same problem until I downloaded the latest drivers for my VooDoo3. Go to the 3dfx homepage and get the drivers and yes the site is still there even though they are now owned by Nivida. cya Krun www.planettribes.com/krun/index.htm
