create a .txi file, to do this just open notepad and type the following:

 

envmaptexture CM_Baremetal

 

*note* case sensitive

 

click file>save as

and save the file as XXXXXX.txi

 

the XXXXXX being the name of your texture.tga ;)

Just want to add to what Mav helped you with

 

Your texture must also include an alpha channel anything dark on the alpha will shine from off white / grey to black And anything pure white will not.

 

The .txi is the shader info file to tell the engine what shader type the model will use the alpha is like a mask, what is dark or black on it will show the shader masking off the texture. If you have a detailed texture map and want to still see the detail you. You will have to play with the alpha’s intensity to get a good balance of shine and how much of the texture below you see, if any.
