There are three sides to choose from, Trandoshans, Republic and CIS.

Example:

Name:Omikron 506

Side:Republic

Unit: Clone Trooper

Weapons: BlasTech DC-15 rifle, Blaster Pistol, Thermal Detonators.

Skills:Concentration, Accuracy.

Weaknesses: Lack of strategy, Manueverbility.

You get the picture. After that, feel free to make a storyline about the battle aboard the abandoned assault ship.

The storyline has to at least connect to the plot.

 

Plot:The Republic Assault Ship Prosecuter has fallen under attack by Trandoshans, who appear to have come to take over the ship for the Separatists. The clone troopers on board aren't willing to give up their ship without a fight, so they fight back.

Side: Trandoshans

Unit:Trandoshan Heavy Elite

Weapons:LS-150 Heavy ACP Repeater weapon, Dagger, Thermal Detonators.

Skills: Strength, Brutalness, Sharp Vision

Weakness: Speed, Accuracy.

 

The clones rush toward the docking ring to ambush the Trandoshans. But they end up getting ambushed by Trandoshan mercanaries led by Sero'Nu.

They get crushed under all that firepower.
