MP problem

hello everybody, I'm new on this forum, I need help because when I try to play JK2 in MP when the game is loading (playing via internet or bots and without mods, skins, etc...) always marks an error with the file "s3micd.dll" and then it returns to windows, my pc is a pentium III 500 mhz, 8 gb hard drive, creative 3D Blaster Savage video card 32 mb

 

can anybody help me with this problem??????????? I'll be glad if someone could say to me what's happening
