Hosting works fine, but other PCs on router can't read net user

Here's the situation:

 

- 2 people on the same router, 1 is hosting, the other is joining.

 

- 3rd person joins host's game through IP, via web.

 

- 2nd person (on the same router) joins by IP, but using the INTERNAL IP of the router (can't find game using external IP).

 

- Because of this, 2nd person and 3rd person can't see each other, while 1st person (host) can see both of them.

 

 

I have the ports set for both myself (host/person 1) and my brother (person 2), so I'm not sure what else to do. Is there a way around it? Thanks in advance.
