Caros Valar
Hiya, I'm a new member to the forum and so far I really like the looks of it. However, I have a question that I can't seem to find an answer for about KOTOR 1. That is, are there any mods available that alter the class blaance so that Jedi Gusardians, Sentinels and Consulars all get +1BAB/level, as in KOTOR 2? I ask this as I've always thought that *all* of the Jedi classes should be equally accurate with their lightsabers, although Guardians should be able to pull off some really impressive moves that others can't. In any case, if there is such a mod available, could someone please point me in its direction, or even tell me how to mod the game myself?

Download KotorTool, and using it, open the file: Kotor I ---> BIFs ---> 2da.bif ---> 2D Array ---> classes.2da Inside this file, locate the column attackbonustable and change the value in this column for all the Jedi classes to CLS_ATK_1. Then save your modified classes.2da file inside the override folder located inside your KotOR1 folder (the one containing the swkotor.exe executable). If the folder does not exist, create one named like that. Make sure you save the file using the Save as 2DA v2.b meny command and not the one that saves the file as XML. Now you have changed the Attack bonus for all the jedi classes to use the progression table of the Guardian and Soldier.
