I think someone requested this a while back, and although the model for it IS in the game, (turn on mini-map, and walk all the way over to the wall behind the ebon hawk, you should see a small portion of the room the diciple was in in TSL on the mini-map) I don't think it'd be possible to script in an entrance there, since you would need the coordinates and all, and there really isn't any way of getting there in game.
