You get it if, as a dark jedi, you manage to convince Atton to become a jedi. Two links are available. One is USM-friendly, the other is not. The titles should make it obvious which is which. You might have to do some .2da editing with Appearance, but that's a cake walk compared to most other modding exercises. In addition to keeping me from learning how to use the TSL installer, you get to learn how to edit your appearance.2da.
