Skip Taris Sublevel "Gangs"

Just wondering if there was a mod or a way to skip the level in taris where you have to retrieve the swoopbike part. like if when you approached the sublevel elevator it asks you if you would like to skip the sublevels and go straight to the swoopbike race. something like the skip peragus mod. where it asks you about the party members so you wont have anything missed.
