Taarkin
You know your language is hard for Taarkin to learn when freakin' LETTERS have multiple syllables* My favorite Spanish word is hablando. Talk about funky conjugations... *W dosen't count as a multi-syllabled letter because it's actualy two words ------------------ Was I supposed to eat the heads too? 'Cause I took nooo prisioners! Darth Sceltor
Why does Spanish have to have so many verbs??? Why do you change words around to conjugate them instead of using different words around them??? Por favor, Dios, ayuda!! (I'm sure I butchered that!) Taarkin
Umm, Spanish has just about as many verbs as any other language on Earth... Conjugation is a lot harder...hell, in English you just slap an -ing for present tense and -ed for past tense and that's it. But English has more irregular verbs. ------------------ Was I supposed to eat the heads too? 'Cause I took nooo prisioners! Jem
I also thought it was the other way aound but my spanish teacher told me it wasn't... but I just checked in the dictionary and porqué = why (but no por que, but i think it's why) porque = because she might be wrong, and I was right! I'll check... [This message has been edited by Jem (edited January 09, 2001).]
