I recreated it for the Handmaiden hack I did a long time ago. You can find the NSS source I did here if you need it. It's possible I've done some minor changes to it since I don't remember if the one put on the web was the original or the modded one, but it shouldn't cause any problems in either case. (Don't forget to extract the k_inc_hawk.nss include file from Scripts.bif too, since it is used by that include file...)
