Spawning npc with a screen like the force powers

I don't know where this topic goes. Can you make a spawning screen thing like the force powers. How would you do it? maybe have pictures of the npc?

It should be possible. It's really just an application of standard menu items that translates to the console commands used to spawn those NPCs. A menu tutorial should be able to help you out.
