Console? Does it have commands? Where?

I noticed there is a console in game. Where can we find commands for it?

 

Edit:BTW is there where you would enter cheats? What are the cheats? (Assuming I could ask that here)

 

And "Yes" I beat the game and "No" I don't care what you think about cheats, unless of course your a moderator.

Assumedly it would be either the console or the chat function where you enter cheats

 

No one knows any console commands or cheats at the moment, try and find them yourself if you want
