Darkfyre
Realistically you should have at least 9 Y-wing squads and Captain Antilles, beyond that it's your choice, but you should take either 'vettes or X-wings to handle enemy fighters. Here's why, there are six imperial shuttles ferrying the prisoners to Kessel, each of which needs about 9 ion shots to disable and they come in two groups of three. With nine wishbone squads, you can split your ion forces into three groups and send one after each of the first three shuttles, then have Antilles' 'vette pick them up once they're disabled, meanwhile, your wishbones can torpedo some of the enemy capital ships while you wait for the next batch of shuttles to appear and for the ions to recycle. As this is going on, have your 'vettes or crosses protect the wishbones from enemy fighters and 'vettes. Don't take troops with you, simple fact being they waste space and the game always puts troop transports in whether or not you need them, which you don't.
