mrdefender
I'm sorry if this isn't in the right forum but does anyone here use the XBOX Version of Kotor II and community modifications? Can anyone give me some step-by-step instructions on how to install a modification that uses tsl patcher on the XBOX? I don't have an xbox so I can't really help this member I've tried to install this mod for hours now (2 and a half I think), and no luck. Being an XBox user, I don't have a spells.2da folder in my Star Wars KOTOR II directory, or a directory at all. 1- my XBox is modded and i've used other mods with great success 2- I don't have a SW kotor directory for the patcher to activate 3- I can only put the patcher data in the override file, can't use patcher because I don't have a directory, but I do have an override folder (on my modded xbox's kotor 2 game) 4- Is there a way to get this to work without using the patcher? Because I use the profeciency script (Or whatever) and then I replicate the wrist console and slap it on as an armband. No item usage at the bottom that says it's even connected as an armband. The TSLPatcher only checks for that file to see if a selected folder is a valid game folder. (If the mod in question doesn't add entries to dialog.tlk it doesn't even have to be a valid TLK file, it can just be an empty text file named dialog.tlk, for example.) As for the spells.2da file, an unmodified file should be included in the tslpatchdata folder for the mod in question already. Since it is missing from the override folder in your fake game folder, it will be copied there from the tslpatchdata folder before it is modified. If you already have a modded spells.2da on the X-box you'd have to copy it to a folder named override that you create within the fake game folder, and it should be modified properly. Xbx_Inthusiast
Thanks guys (This is merios, the member). I used the fake game file and put my xbox's dialog.TLK file in it and made an override folder. And defender, all those off-topic questions I asked, they were all answered already . I just wasn't looking in the right places.
