Changing Party NPC's

I'm fairly new to this modding stuff, but have found some pretty cool mod's so far. Howerver as I've been looking at all the different screen shots of the different mod's I've noticed that in some of the shotes the partmember photo's at the bottom of the screen are characters from the movies. I've seem mods that will let you select the head of Han Solo, Darth Maul and others, but not anything for changing the look of your party members. Where are these files found?
